In Maui, Hawaii everything is so expensive because you can't go anywhere else as a alternative.
My mom and I went to get our toes done and I NEEDED to buy nail polish to paint my nails (I don't like other people doing my nails).
At the nail salon, I bought 2 OPI Nail Polishes for $16.

You have to do 3 coats in order for it to show up.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this color because it is doesn't cover fully and it just doesn't seem like the normal OPI formula.
